thank you so much for this. I haven't been taking care of myself very well for a while, and I neglected to be grateful for her reaching out, I didn't see the signs quite clearly enough that she was suffering, even though she had other family closer to her.

I will try and use it as motivation to take better care of myself in order to then in turn take care of those around me and give more time to these temporary lights we have in our life. It's hard to keep in touch, but it really is worth it. I think this is how she would have wanted to go out, healthy and peacefully- I just wish I could have been less neglectful.
